The developments will comprise semi-detached houses of 100-120 sq.m each that achieve a 6-star Homestar rating as per minimum, are Electric Vehicle (EV) ready, have solar panels to supplement the electricity housing needs, and options for passive heating and water conservation systems inclusion.

Symbiosis Living projects leverage on the use of low carbon materials (e.g. timber), optimized design, offsite manufacturing, material wastage reduction, energy conservation and renewable energy sources. |
How do we do it ?
The construction of our houses advantages from off-site fabrication and modular build solutions. We are using Building Information Modelling (BIM) and through the accuracy of off-site fabrication, the labour time, rework and material wastage are significantly reduced compared to a conventional build. The above helps reduce construction costs, with the home-owner benefiting from the affordable pricing of our houses. |
